Saga Cruises is set to introduce a new specialty restaurant, “La Vie en Rose,” aboard the Spirit of Discovery. The Parisian-style brasserie will be added during the ship’s refit and drydock in June.
The restaurant will offer high-end French cuisine, with a menu curated by celebrity chef Phil Vickery. Saga aims to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, complemented by French jazz café music.
“La Vie en Rose” will also emphasize sustainability in its design, featuring reimagined furniture, recycled fiber upholstery, and sustainably designed carpets.Sources and related content
