Introduction
Situated at a distance of 2kms from Ganapatipule Beach, the serene shore of Bhandarpule beach sits pretty between two hillocks. Lined with casuarinas trees, the shoreline with its soft sands is ideal to walk on or simply laze around. Since this beach isn’t visited by many, you can head here if you are looking for a beach vacation steeped in solitude. You will surely love the bluish green hue of the sea here. However, swimming isn’t recommended here as the sea is rough.
Bhandarpule Beach
From the nearby hillock, you can get mesmerizing views of both Bhandarpule beach and Ganpatipule beach. You can bask in the sun sitting on the beach’s soft sands. You may even take a leisurely stroll across the shoreline, sometimes wading in the sea to let the cool water kiss your feet. The brilliant view of the sunset at this quiet beach is also very popular with tourists.
Nearby Attractions
The nearby Ganapatipule beach and the Ganapati temple on its shore are major attractions for people visiting Bhandarpule beach. You may even plan a visit to the secluded twin beaches of Aare and Ware (10 kms away) that are on the Ganpatipule-Ratnagiri route through Bhandapule. Marleshwar Temple and waterfall in Ratnagiri (28 kms away) is also worth a visit.

Any time from between August and February is ideal to plan your visit to Bhandarpule beach.
