Amaravathi

Ahobilam
Ahobilam is another tourist site with a legend associated. It is said that Lord Vishnu of Hindu mythology killed the Rakhshasa Hiranyakashipu in the form of Narasimha – a half-man half-lion in this place.
It is located in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The temple is amidst the scenic eastern ghats and the Nallamala forest.

Anantapur

Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralaya
